Type of agency and JPA status with CEDA
As a city or county you pass an Associate Membership Agreement resolution to join CEDA.
As a city or county you pass a resolution that authorizes CEDA to form an assessment district which includes your agency jurisdiction.
As a city you pass a Resoultion of Consent to be included in your county's California PACE™ program.
