To become an Independent Contractor with FIGTREE Energy Financing, simply complete the online application by clicking on the "Apply Online" button below. We know your time is valuable, so we've created an application that should take about 15 minutes to complete. If you prefer to submit your application by U.S. mail, a PDF version of the application is also available to download and print. Please mail your completed application to FIGTREE Energy Financing, 9915 Mira Mesa Boulevard, Suite 130, San Diego, CA 92131.

Commercial property includes Industrial, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Office, Retail, Multi-family (5 or more units). Limited residential properties may also qualify for FIGTREE PACE financing if the property does not have a mortgage lien or has a non-FHFA mortgage provided that the mortgage lien holder's acknowledgment to the PACE lien is obtained.
