Become A Figtree Independent Contractor
To become an independent contactor with Figtree Energy Resource Company, simply complete the application form.
Property owners who qualify for California PACE financing will have access to a list of Figtree Independent Contractors. The contractors will be familiar with the California PACE program have agreed to the compensation terms of the program, and are educated as to which energy retrofits are eligible for financing.
These contractors will also be able to pro-actively approach property owners about work that qualifies under the guidelines of California PACE financing.

Additional cities and counties can adopt California PACE financing with approval of the city or county council. The process often starts with a contractor, property owner or city official who wants to lower energy usage and create construction jobs.
