what your annual assessment (payment) on your property tax bill will be.

Estimate Your Financing Amount & Annual Payments

If you would like to know how much financing your property could generate, and the annual payment amount that would be added as an assessment to your property bill, simply enter the requested information where indicated below. To provide the best estimate possible for California PACE™ financing, you will need to refer to your property tax bill for your assessed property value and annual property taxes.

Using the values on your property tax bill, complete the following.

1. Enter your Total Property Value (the value of the land plus any assessed structures, improvements, or personal property). *

2. Enter your Land Value (the assessed value of the land only). *

3. Enter your total Annual Property Tax (the total of both the first and second installments). *

4. Enter the month and year in which you would like to start your retrofit project (mm/yyyy). *

5. Choose your preferred financing term (the number of years for repayment).
